What was there at the beginning? Has there been any beginning? The philosophies of the East say that there had been many beginnings. They also say that Nature has some internal rhythm of its own. What Nature inheres, is some general re-occurrence - just as well as God, the Being and Essence of Wholeness, once shows some activity, and then He retreats into a state of sleeping withdrawal and then, finally, there is nothing but pure Nothingness. However, whenever He “wakes up”, the Beginning of the New takes place, according to His will. Therefore, it can be said that all that has appeared out of God, has remained God himself. It remains His activity via His very Creation Acts. Finally, when He goes back to a state of “retreat”, then again all Universe, within God himself, stops its existence.
The modern science, in one of its theories, has been mentioning the start of the Universe as having a form of a Big Bang, providing the beginning to everything. It was the dense and hot Beginning’s Essence - as the sciences have named it - that had given start to Space, Time, Matter, Energy and Affecting the outside, that had not existed before. This has happened via this Essence’s sudden expansion into all directions. As a result of creation and expansion of Space, the basic elements of the pra-matter, have started joining into bigger elements, then into protons and neutrons, the final result being the make-up of atoms, later - light elements and, still later, the rest of elements. It was this way that gave start to Matter, which now forms all existing forms within Universe. This Matter is an unified one source, the very same forming-substance for all that has been alive, as well as whatever, what has appearances of Dead Matter. The Space without borders, Time without borders, large spaces between nuclei of atoms and electrons, circulating around the atoms, and finally - the forces that - according to highest rules, concentrate and cumulate all these elements, within Universe, causing their different configurations. The science has recognized a number of these configurations. It cannot be excluded, that there is more of them. Thanks to that there is Order, as well as versatility within Universe, the Universe being based on the Opposition Dynamics. It does not work chaotically, but rather one thing or phenomenon has been emerging out of another. The reason and cause of phenomena arises, being followed by the coming-up result, both emerging from their interior features, according to rules and laws that do already exist.
It is on every level of the Matter’s organization, starting from atoms and electrons (circulating and vibrating within atoms), as far as to the cell’s nuclei, genes, etc. - there exists an Information Code regarding Life, Evolution, birth and death. It is also the forces of non-material influences that do carry and inhere various Data Codes, initiating or extinguishing majority of processes, having their place within the surrounding Space - both the closest Space and the most distant one. What scientific theories further say, is that the Matter’s Expansion shall, at some point, stop and its drawing back to the beginning (to the Starting Point) shall, afterwards, occur - the process of this kind to be reappearing many times.
When effort is made to grasp the size and complexity of everything what constitutes the Universe, starting from a smallest element up to borders of the ever expanding Cosmos - then each time, from human, reason-based point of view, it is very hard to resist an impression that this cannot be of accidental character; it rather must have been created and directed by the perfect Mind, not limited by any Possibilities’ borders. And making such a gigantic Act of Creation, and having control over it, this Mind cannot have made any smallest mistake.
At this stage, the question arises: what is the sense and aim of this Act of Creation? Or - maybe the first issue to be solved is a reply to a problem: who is the Creator? Who is God? All religions of the World have ascribed a personalized feature to Him. The religions say that He is perfect, almighty, full of love, or that he has created Man in accordance with His own picture and similarity to Him, and that while being and remaining Outside of Things, He has undertaken His Creation Act also from the Outside, etc... Or maybe there exists only Him and there is nothing more than Him at all, whatever could have been outside of Him. What does, in turn, appear out of His Will, constitutes - personally - Him. Who is He then? Who is He, for instance, in between one activity and another, between one World and the other. Who is He during the expansion of the Creation Act? Is he an Absolute Being, who is Everything… Creating Himself within Himself. This is Him. The overall expanding Universe is within Him, is Him, as there is no Outside to the Outside. There is only Him. When there is nothing, there is only Him.
So yes…, if I am not able to imagine, for instance, Nothingness or lack of Space, lack of any Matter, lack of any Time’s existence, then - automatically and ex natura - I am not capable of cognition of God, with Human Brain, the God who is inhered in Everything, i.e. in whatever constitutes a “real Reality”, as well as whatever is not this Reality. Just as He has been a Creator of Everything and is Himself this Everything, so he has also created Me out of Himself, He is Me. Thus I am Him.
Maybe this is why Jesus said “Me and Father are One” (Scriptures, Saint John, 10.30). Maybe it is just exactly these words that inhere the deepest truth on God and Man. It is Him who has been creating Himself in millions of ways and experiences Himself what has been His Wisdom and Knowledge.
By making up the living matter, on the level of Human Being the God has created a Mind, capable of perceiving itself, having the ability for abstract thinking. And it is just this very time, for ages, has been trying to escape from God’s hands, forcing on Man an illusion of a separate “self”, an illusion of personality as a subject, independent, with its own egoistic way of perceiving things, having its basis in human senses. It does not know, however, that it cannot win with God. God does not fight, everything belongs to God, and everything has come out of God.
The human Mind, which had been intended to be a tool in human hands and to pay service to him (just as all the remaining human organs, with their final function to serve as a coherent whole), has taken total control over man, creating - alongside - its own identity. All ways have been implemented by this Mind to keep up, fix and consolidate its own individuality and its separate character - all this, in turn, being made up by constructing versatile philosophies, concepts, views and culture, as well as religions. This is under the cover of them all that the stories of Heavenly Worlds have been unfold by this very Mind, the stories of Spiritual Spheres with hierarchies within these spheres, hierarchies on different levels. All this reflects what can be found on Earth, where human Mind is a separate “individuum”. It is the same human Mind that is a source of all rivalry in the World, violence, aggression, hatred, fear, instability, manipulation, evaluation and comparison criteria making, that are, in fact, artificial. What has come to provide endangerment to the Mind’s existence (as it is limited, having borders) causes fear within this Mind and thus the Mind takes up a struggle against such elements. But, as Human Being is, in fact, God, then the Mind is doomed to fail. This is one of the major experiences of God Himself.
When Man finally opens his eyes and is able to understand that he is no other person but God Himself, then He will see that all is perfect, all has its own logics and deep sense, as this “all” is also God, taking up endless forms within inner harmony and love. And so Man never stops to exist, as God is endless. Today He is present in the element of the Matter, once in Nothingness He will be one and the same with God, God?
If we are not led by our Mind, then we remain totally within God’s plan. We remain there ourselves, as well as He, on the very level where we exist, as He has created Himself, within the experience of Life, using the God’s wisdom, perfection, love.
